There is little that I love to snack on more than Buffalo Chicken Dip. The problem is Buffalo Chicken Dip is the opposite of healthy! This is a great recipe to combat that! It is lower in calories and a bit healthier made with greek yogurt.
Ingredients:
4 oz light softened cream cheese
1 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup of homemade ranch (see last week’s post for recipe)
1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
1 clove of garlic (diced)
1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot hot sauce
Assembly:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350
Step 2: In a bowl, mix together ingredients
Step 3: Put into a small casserole dish (oven safe dish)
Step 4: Cook for 30-35 minutes and then serve with chips, break, pretzels, celery, etc.
