Ingredients:
1 lb sausage
9 eggs
3 cups milk
1 ½ tsp dry mustard
1 ½ tsp salt and pepper
12 slices of bread cubed
1 ½ cups cheddar cheese grated
Assembly
Step 1: Brown sausage and drain, let cool.
Step 2:Beat eggs and milk, add seasonings and bread crumbs.
Step 3: Fold in sausage and cheese.
Step 4: Pour into a 9×13 pan and refrigerate overnight.
Step 5: Remove from the fridge 1 hour prior to baking.
Step 6: Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
