This weekend we celebrated my mom’s birthday. We had barbecue, her favorite cake, and a delicious side salad that we hadn’t eaten for a while. This is one of my family’s favorites because we love Doritos, and this ended up being the perfect side dish to our barbecue.
Ingredients:
1 pound of ground meat
1 packet of taco seasoning
2 Romaine lettuce hearts (chopped)
1 cup grape tomatoes cut in half
½ cup shredded cheddar or mexican cheese
1 ½ cups of crushed nacho doritos
1 bottle of Catalina dressing
Assembly:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix.
Refrigerate for 2 hours, serve, and enjoy.
