After thinking about Chicken Noodle Soup last week, I started thinking about how excited I was for some of the chilly weather foods that I will be cooking soon! This is my Mom’s recipe and it is one of my favorite dinners.
Keep in mind we LOVE spicy food in my family, but you can tame it to your liking.
Large jar queso (32 oz)
Chicken broth (24 oz)
3 cans Ro-tel chilies
4 chicken breast
1 can of Corn
1 can of Black Beans
Hot pepper flakes (2 tbsp)
Chili powder (1 tbsp)
Step 1: Put everything into the crock pot
Step 2: Cook on low 6-8 hours
Step 3: Top with crushed tortilla chips and enjoy!
