After thinking carefully about what I would be snacking on during the Superbowl last night, I was reminded of a dip recipe given to me by one of Nick’s cousins. She makes it for holidays and family gatherings and it is DELICIOUS! Baked Potato Dip that actually tastes like a fully loaded baked potato.
Ingredients:
8 ounces of cream cheese
16 ounces of sour cream
2 cups of cheddar cheese
3 ounces of bacon
Assembly:
1: Mix all ingredients together in an oven safe bowl or casserole dish.
2: Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
3: Enjoy!
This can be pre-assembled and refrigerated before baking. IF that is the case, it may need to bake for up to 45 minutes.
