Hot Artichoke Dip

I spent most of this holiday weekend snacking and enjoying some good food. One of my favorite dips from this weekend was the Hot Artichoke Dip. It was delicious fresh out of the oven (or reheated) with some pita chips.

Ingredients:

2 14 oz cans of Artichoke hearts chopped

1 cup Hellman’s mayonnaise

1 cup parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic (minced)

Assembly:

Step 1: Mix all ingredients together

Step 2: Place mixture in a greased casserole dish

Step 3: Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until brown and bubbly

Step 4: Serve with crackers, pita chips, tortilla chips, or celery
