Another simple recipe this week, and healthy too! This is a homemade ranch dressing that is super low calorie (compared to the regular stuff).
1 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
2 tbsp milk
1tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried chives
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1tsp sea salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dill weed
1/4 tsp paprika
Step 1: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and serve (yes, it is that easy).
Store the dressing in the fridge in a sealed container, it will last up to two weeks refrigerated.
