3tbs olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp flour
⅓ cup sun dried tomatoes in oil
4 chicken breasts
1 yellow onion diced
1 tsp thyme
1 cup chicken broth
Step 1: Heat oil over medium heat, season chicken with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Cook chicken for 4 minutes, flip and cook for another 4 minutes.
Step 3: Remove chicken
Step 4: Add onions, galic, and thyme to skillet. Cook for 3 minutes stirring frequently.
Step 5: Stir in flour, mix until combined.
Step 6: Add broth and tomatoes
Step 7: Return chicken, bring mixture to a boil.
Step 8: Turn heat down to a simmer, cover, and cook for 15-18 minutes (until chicken is cooked through).
Step 9: Remove and serve.
