I know it seems strange to be talking about Chicken Noodle Soup in one of the hottest months of the year, but I was recently thinking about some of my favorite crock pot meals. This chicken noodle soup is one of my favorites because it is so easy and so delicious.
Ingredients:
Chicken breast
Chicken broth (I usually use one container, but depending on how much broth you want you may need more)
Yellow onion
Celery
Carrots
Garlic
Salt and Pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Parsley Flakes
Assembly:
Step 1: Chop veggies into bite size pieces.
Step 2: Combine all ingredients into crock pot.
Step 3: Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
One of my favorite parts about this soup is that I can prepare everything the night before and then just throw it in the crockpot the next morning. I just keep all the veggies in a ziplock back in the fridge over night while the chicken is thawing.
