Chicken and Veggie Kabobs

A fun and creative dinner recipe that is great on the grill during the summer. We like to do these kabobs pretty frequently since Nick and I can make them according to what we both like. Nick usually puts chicken, zucchini, and green pepper on his kabobs, while I like to use mushrooms, chicken, zucchini, red onion, and banana peppers.

Ingredients:

Wooden skewers

An assortment of veggies

Chicken or beef

Assembly:

Step 1: Grill the chicken for about 10 minutes and then chop into squares.

Step 2: Cut the veggies into small pieces as well.

Step 3: Pick and choose what you would like on your kabob, and start skewering them.

Step 4: Cook on the grill for 15-20 minutes (or until veggies and chicken are cooked through).

Then enjoy!
